FAQ Liljeholmstorget Galleria parking

It is a simple parking system without barriers and parking tickets. It works much like the congestion tax, when you enter the parking lot, your license plate number is recorded by a camera and your parking begins. Another camera records when you leave the garage and your parking ends, unless you have chosen to end your parking at the payment machine. The best thing about the system is that you never have to worry about parking fines, but can do your business in the shopping center in peace and quiet.

Answer: There are 4 different payment options. • park in an AUTOPAY facility.

  • Pay machine – Pay with your card at the pay machine when you leave the parking lot. You then have 15 minutes to leave the garage.
  • Pay later – Pay later by card within 48 hours at mitt.parkman.nu
  • Automatic payment – Link your card to mitt.parkman.nu and the parking fee will be automatically deducted every time you park in an AUTOPAY facility.
  • Invoice – If you do not do any of the above options, an invoice will be sent to the vehicle owner.

If you are parked for less than 2 hours on the weekend, you can just leave, as we offer free parking for 2 hours on the weekend. You can always check how long you have been parked at the pay machine, but you do not need to pick up a ticket, place a parking disc or go to the machine and pay.

Enter your registration number here (https://mitt.parkman.nu/sv/parking_balance) and you will receive information about the unpaid parking for your car within the last 48 hours.

Card payment is made securely via Nets, which is a market leader in e-commerce and card payments. Please note that you cannot pay with a gas card.

You create an account at mitt.parkman.nu, and under “My payment cards” you can easily connect your bank card for automatic charging. In connection with this registration, you will be given the option of automatic payment at all AUTOPAY facilities. You can still end your parking session and pay on site at the payment machine. You will also find all receipts for purchases made through automatic charging under “My payment cards”.

All card payments and registration are handled via Nets, which is a market leader in e-commerce and card payments. You can only register one card and must verify it with Mobile BankID. Fuel cards are not accepted. When you register your card, SEK 1 is reserved on your account but not charged; registering the card is free of charge.

If you change cars, it is important that you remove that registration number from your registered account and update it with a new one. Otherwise, you will continue to be charged for that car’s parking costs if you have added your card under “My payment cards”. You can change your car at mitt.parkman.nu under “My cars”.

If you have a company car and your company covers all your car-related costs, you can register your company card at www.mitt.parkman.nu and all parking fees will be automatically charged to the registered card each time you park in the garage.

If you lease a car, the company that owns the car will be invoiced, and they in turn usually charge the person renting the car. If you visit Liljeholmstorget Galleria with a rental car, you can pay the fee directly at the payment machine, or pay your fee online within 48 hours at www.mitt.parkman.nu.

The camera only takes a picture of the registration number, nothing around it. We comply with the camera surveillance law.

A permit for camera surveillance is required for a surveillance camera to be installed in a way that allows it to be directed at a place to which the public has access. Parkman i Sverige AB has been granted a permit by the County Administrative Board.

When you drive into and out of the garage, the cameras read your car’s registration number and record how long you have been in the garage. On weekends, you park free of charge for 2 hours; if you have been parked for less than 2 hours, you can simply drive out, otherwise you must pay for the extra time. If you enter your registration number into the payment machine, you can see how long you have been parked and whether you have an amount to pay.

The invoice is sent to the vehicle’s owner.

Depending on which country the car comes from, we may be able to read the vehicle’s registration number, but it is best to pay at the payment machine.

All registration numbers that are read must pay for parking, including motorcycles and mopeds. There are cameras that also read the rear plate if there is only a number plate at the back.

If you need a receipt afterwards, please contact our parking provider Parkman at 08-734 90 00 or info@parkman.nu
